Even though I love a smoothie bowl, the standout for me, though, was the pancakes—the best I’ve ever had. Made with oats and banana, they had the perfect texture, hearty but still light, and were topped with rich peanut butter that brought everything together. It was comforting, satisfying, and energizing all at once, perfectly capturing what makes the food at Shady Lane so special.
